3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Cooperate in a timely manner during project development.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Ensure that all content, materials, and data supplied to IT Following do not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The client is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of any content provided.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Gateway

Payments may be processed through our authorized payment gateway partners. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable payment processor's terms and policies.

4.2 Pricing

All fees, charges, and pricing are displayed or communicated before project commencement. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and government charges.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Projects may require advance payments, milestone payments, or full payment before delivery.
• Services will commence only after receipt of the required payment.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4.4 Failed Transactions

IT Following shall not be liable for payment failures caused by banking systems, payment gateways, network issues, or third-party service interruptions.

5. Refund Policy

• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable once project work has commenced.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Third-party expenses, advertising costs, software licenses, domain registrations, hosting fees, and platform fees are non-refundable.

6. Project Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith. However, delivery dates may vary due to:

• Client delays in approvals or feedback
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Third-party service provider delays

IT Following shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
• IT Following retains ownership of its proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.
• IT Following may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted by a separate written agreement.

Digital marketing results depend on numerous external factors, including but not limited to:

• Competition

IT Following does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, sales, leads, engagement metrics, or business outcomes.

12. Termination

IT Following reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• The client violates these Terms.
• Payments remain unpaid.
• The client engages in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unethical activities.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

13. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described therein.

14. Force Majeure

IT Following shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, pandemics, or technical failures.

15. Governing Law
